The challenge

Capsule is a SaaS-based CRM used by over 10,000 businesses globally, to help them stay organised, know more about their customers, build strong relationships and to make the most of sales opportunities, all while minimising user input.

Hyperact were brought in to help level-up product thinking across the organisation to get teams speaking the same language, fully understand different techniques and allow everyone to contribute to how they work.

How we helped

  • Delivered a series of six tailored, two-hour, interactive workshops, every two weeks to an audience which include product, engineering, design, finance, and marketing.
  • Topics covered included: An introduction to product management, user story writing and mapping, product metrics, prioritisation, and the product development process.
  • Provided 1-2-1, follow-up coaching sessions to participants as well as additional learning materials.

Outcome
